Now This!!

OK..Can't change it so I will work around it! Right. In everything in my life, My daughter Steph said Mom you need to do something that makes you happy again..Like when you were going to Keith Urban concerts! LOL... Can't do to much of that around here So I have to do other things that make me happy. I joined the YMCA and the local Scrapbook store. It made me feel better just doing those two things for myself... Went to the YMCA today and worked out!! YEAH ME! Tonight i am going to make a scrapbook page or two... I will post them soon. Hey Reg, next time they have a sale on Nuttys work supplies I could use some things. Let me know...Your Christmas card was so cute...

Now What?

I gave in and went to the Rheumatologist. He said I have Osteoarthritis! I don't think that's what I have but I will let him think that for a while!! LOL Right now it hurts to get up, stand, sit down, sleep... And they gave me M&M's for pain pills!! I guess it's better than what my mom had. It's better than what Deborah has! I don't want what Mike or Susan or Becky have. I have what Nina has! Oh well, misery loves company. I guess we can all go the the same nursing home. Deborah gets to pick our nursing home because she is the oldest!! Can we go where it's warm?Let's have fun with this....Let's play.....NAME YOUR PAIN! Love you guys!

I need a bigger house!

I think the noise level was over the neighborhood ordnance! Maybe they will kick me out and I can get a bigger house. Do the fuzzy math and just think about how many people will be in this pic when they are all married and with a few kids!! I am praying now that my ear drums heal before the next party..Oh that would be Devons in two weeks on the 30th and Sams a few days later on the 3rd.and then Lias on Feb 23, and March 19 Erikas and Mine 30th. I could go on but as you can see this is all the time! And WE LOVE IT! I think I want a vacation for my birthday. That means I will not be here this year for our pics.... sorry kids.

Snow??? South Louisiana? OK it was Ice Chunks! But close enough for us. Look at Stephanies face. What do we do with this stuff? It melted in ten minutes! It went from 32-43 degrees that quick. My grandkids didnt even get to see it cause it happened so fast and.... it was gone. Oh well there is always next year to dream of a White Christmas! Yeah Right!! If we go to Reg and Nuttys in Utah maybe!

Can't leave out the Christmas Orchestra concert. Sam made second chair! YEAH!!! She worked hard.

My Christmas card for next year. Christmas in the Oaks. This is in New Orleans. Awesome lights and music. The pic of Santa was the Cajun Christmas story. So cute. We will do it again next year. My grand kids are so funny. I said act like you are scared of the dinosaurs... Got to love Nana!

My pictures are always out of order. This is Sam opening up Christmas eve Service this year. It was beautiful. So was she in her grownup dress. I don't remember what song she played. LOL

OK this is getting out of hand! I need donations to fill the 11 3foot stockings. That is if we do not add anyone else by next Christmas. Every year I say I am not going to do it and everyone has a fit. I do love it but Christmas eve I get a crazy feeling I don't have enough to fill them all. I will be ready next year! This year they were not so full. Look at the TV Our favorite movie was playing.. I don't like it so much anymore because they changed some of the language in it and filled in more bad words! Y'all we laughed until we cried with William because he wanted to say the word FUDGE! LOL You have to look at the movie The Christmas Story, if you don't have it get. Got the stocking for Dad. He thought it was funny. I have to come up with a game with it next year. Like a word and you fill in what part of the movie it came from? Or act out hat part of the movie..That would be funny!

We made our own laundry soap! So cool and it really cleans well. The most fun is in getting together to make it.
We are going to do alot of that this year. To cook and share and clean and share our time with each other. It should be fun. To see what we come up with this year. Keep your eyes on the blog. It's going to be fun.

My beautiful son now has a wife. I know just take it mom! I'm working on it. You would think that after the third one it would be easy but its never easy to let go. But wonderful to see him growup and fall in love.

It's been a hard few months. I am glad their over. So we have gone through Christmas, then Kraigs Wedding and Happy New Year. This year has to be easier than the last.
